Monitoring of major indoor environmental quality parameters in terms of:

* Monitoring Natural Light and Artificial Light inside the room

* Monitoring Temperature and Humidity inside the room

* Monitoring Noise inside the room

Autodesk Ecotect Analysis

In this particular study, thermal, lighting and sound analysis of my room is examined by Autodesk Ecotect respectively.

At first, general methodology is written regarding to the test how it will be carried out from beginning to the end of the study.

Afterwards, these test are completed one by one separately. The related graphs on thermal analysis, and other figures from tests are added and explained.

At final stage of the study,  the outcomes of tests are examined to  draw a conclusion and exporting of Ecotect file into other programs is tested.

A Critical Evaluation of Assessment Methods: BREEAM-In Use, LEED for Existing Building and CASBEE-Existing Building

This paper examines these assessment methods in terms of their background, the process of the certification and the rating system including major similarities and differences. In particular, the advantages and disadvantages, weakness and strengths of each assessment method compared to the each other will be discussed in terms of adaptability, practicability and transparency.
